A great Off-Roader!

General Review

I love this buggy. Its three wheels are surprisingly sturdy when off road. It is easy to control (often with one hand as I walked two dogs also). I found it easy to jog with, light steering gave excellent control on the go. It gives a lovely smooth ride on the tarmac (so much so, that I had to roughen the ride (walk round in circles on gravel) for my baby to be rumbled & rocked to sleep!) Then I could continue on the road.
I have a couple of undulating and quite boggy acres that I work in the garden. The tyres easily traverse steep hills and uneven surfaces. As for general comfort, my baby will quite happily have a lovely sleep in the buggy while I work in the garden.
When on the move, though quite light, this pusher does not fold down much, thus it is a little awkward to lift & load. It is also awkward to take out and unfold. In fact, my husbands hand got caught in the unfolding section containing the front wheel as it folded out. If he had been alone, there would have been no way for him to extricate his hand. Plus - if your boot space is limited, you are not left with a lot of room. I have little room for my border collie once the pusher is in my '04 Outlander, less for shopping. I also find it can be quite wide in shopping centres & in stores such as Big W, my wheels can catch on clothes.
I also find that, comparatively, there is not a lot of basket space below the seat when compared to some smaller pushers.
This chinese made, Phil & Teds owned Mountain Buggy is a brilliant purchase if you have acres, or non sealed surfaces to traverse regularly. This buggy really comes into its own out in the great outdoors, and will bravely face any challenge you put up to it, then be brilliantly easy to clean afterwards.

Pros

Easy to push on or off road, Simple to clean,
Easy to adjust quickly, peek - a - boo window to check on your baby.
Light, handy pockets for water & nappies etc.

Cons

Awkward folding & size makes it harder to lift / load / arrange in car boot.
Small basket for pusher size
Excellent accessories are all expensive EXTRA purchases.
