Awful Stroller

Reviewed by: Suzanne from Australia, Mar 10, 2011

General Review

Cons: I just recently got my stroller in July and a month later the stitching on the backrest part of the stroller started to rip apart from the sides and the top, detaching the backrest part from the rest of the stroller. I was out of the country and unable to bring it in for repair immediately, so was unable to use and brought it back in Feb to get it repaired at pram warehouse. I just got it back yesterday and the baby love manufacturer refused to repair the stroller saying it was not a manufacturer defect, adding I abused the stroller by purposely ripping it. Please, like I have a lot of time as a mom to a toddler to purposely rip my stroller and waste my time to bring it back for repair and not have a stroller to bring my toddler around! I take very good care of my stuff and I'm furious, the company would not repair the stroller, exchange it or give me a refund. I've only had it for 6 months, which is still covered under warranty and I've used it very little due to the ripping, afraid that my son would fall out of it and get his hand caught from the holes. May I also say I have another stroller that I've had for 2 years and is still in excellent condition so bs to baby love and me abusing my product!

Pros

Looks nice and light but not durable. Only had it for 6 months and used it less then 5 times and manufacturer would not repair the damages, exchange or refund my money.

Cons

Backrest part of stroller ripped apart from the rest of the stroller a month after I got it, manufacturer refused to repair the stitching that came apart. Be careful as stitching is not secure, may injure baby and toddler as they can get their hands caught. Back handle is broken when we try to open the pram.
