My first review has changed....

I reviewed the Buzz in the other review. I still recommend the pram for most families (who dont use it as a complete workhorse) as it gave us a brilliant first year.... BUTWhen our pram hit 12 months, heaps of problems started. The brake needed to be replaced twice, the frame once (stopped clicking into place and became loose and so squeaky), and the wheels started clicking.
Luckily, as it has a 2 year warranty, we were able to get our money refunded through the Australian warranty holder (Dorrell) as they tried to make multiple repairs, and on the fourth one, I insisted that reasonable repairs had been made and we wanted our money back (consumer rights in Australia!).
I am not sure why we ended up with such a bad run. My sister in law has the same model and has had no problems. Maybe we just got a poorly manufactured one? There is probably always a lemon in the bunch.
So, I would recommend this pram for medium use but we thought that maybe as our toddler is getting bigger and we used the Quinny under heavy use (daily multiple km walks) that it wasn't the best pram for us. But my sister in law still loves hers - she doesn't walk with hers for such distances etc.
Pros
Brilliant bassinetSuper soft and adaptable seat (contoured and can face parent or forwards)
A dream to push
Looks amazing
Easy to fold / move seat etc
(I still really love this pram but it just didn't end up working for our needs!)
Cons
Not for heavy walking use...If problems start, then make sure you do follow up with repairs through warranty - hopefully it is a one off problem, but if not, and there is a record of repairs and issues with the manufacturer (or importer in our case) you may be able to get a refund if it doesn't work out.
It is heavy for travel and no travel bag (for planes and overseas trips!)
Buzz 4 is a brilliant pram

We have been using the Buzz 4 every day for 7 months, since our bub was born. It is a wonderful pram and worth every dollar we spent. We would recommend it for anyone who doesn't want multiple prams / strollers etc. Also for anyone who wants style and function and is out and about a lot,so needs something comfy, sturdy and easy to use.The bassinet was fantastic. It was soft and comfy and we used it every day, even when not using the pram as it can be carried easily when at friend's houses, restaurants etc. Our bub changed to the seat (reverse facing) at around 3 months during the day as he wanted to see the world. This was fantastic. He could see me as well. As it is so easy to go between the seat and the bassinet, we continued to use the bassinet if we were out at night or out for long periods during the day. He has now outgrown the bassinet (7 months) but he is a very tall baby.
The seat is super comfy, easy to clean and has good recline positions in both rear and forward facing. He changed to forward facing at around 5 months. It is now much easier to fold and put the pram in the car as we don't need to unclip the seat in forward facing (although it was always quick anyway). The pram is a bit heavier to lift now.
The wheels are easy to pop off to fit the pram in small boots (I had a Honda Jazz for the first 6months). I have never had a problem with the wheels or tyres. We keep them maintained and oiled as you would with a bicycle. The pram is super smooth with brilliant suspension and is so easy to steer and push, one handed with a coffee up a hill! It is great on walking tracks and even gravel paths, as well as in shopping centres and shops as it is not too bulky.
At cafes / restaurants, we use it as the highchair. It can pull in close to the table and is at the right height to eat, and doesn't take up a huge amount of space like other prams (and 3 wheelers). Many waiters have commented on what a compact full size pram it is. After bub has eaten, we lay him back and he sleeps soundly. We have never had a problem with him being unable to sleep... in fact it is so comfy, he sometimes dozes off even when we don't want him too!
The raincover is fantastic. It keeps the whole seat / bassinet (there are two) dry. The chassis dries off quickly with a towel. The hood is suitable for most days, but on a really sunny day, it sometimes does bother our baby. We just hang a bunny rug a few inches over the front of the hood so he can get more shade but still see out.
The buzz box / bag is great as a nappy bag and we ordered the shopping basket, which holds enough shopping (mainly heavy things) as you can hang light bags off the handle - we have never had the pram tip as it is so strong and well balanced.
We absolutely love our Buzz 4. There are only two cons. The first, is that it doesn't have a toddler seat, so sadly, if we have another baby close together, we may need to find a double pram for my daily walks - we hope a kiddy board will be ok for shops etc. The other con, is that for travelling overseas, it is quite bulky and heavy. We are worried that it may get damaged, so we have purchased a stroller - Silver Cross Dazzle with travel carry bag for our upcoming trip to UK. It was the only stroller that seemed to be as well padded and soft as our Buzz! So, fingers crossed our baby will be as happy and able to sleep in it, as he is in our Buzz 4.
Pros
ProsDoes everything one pram needs to. Super comfy for baby - from bassinet to parent facing seat to forward facing seat. Sturdy, smooth and easy to manouvre. Looks great too.
Cons
ConsCan be a bit heavy if lifting in and out of car every day (we walk mostly so it has not been a problem) or for overseas travel. No toddler seat option.
