Not the quality I thought

We bought our pram 3 months before our baby was born and didn't use it till they were 3 months old as we found because of it's size they wobbled around in it even with a insert. The wheel burst while in our car boot on it's own. So after less than a year's use a $900 pram has broken. And Baby Jogger says this problem has never happened and yet forums tell me differently and they want to charge me $60 plus postage for a new wheel.Pros
It is easy to fold.Cons
The wheel spans is huge so it makes it difficult to use in shopping centres. The accessories are HUGELY EXPENSIVE, toddler seat extra is $220. If you bought the extras the pram would cost over $1600.LOVE MY BJCE

I have searched everywhere for the "ideal" everyday stroller and my BJCE is the closest thing to stroller perfection in my eyes. I love "almost" everything about this stroller. Easy to maneuvre, easy fold, LARGE canopy, great accessories, great ventilation, near flat recline... Can go on and on. I had the BJCE 2008 and sold it to buy the double. Well not long after DS decided we no longer wanted to ride so we sold the double and rebought the BJCE but the 2010 with the front wheel suspension and loved it even more ;)Pros

I have always been a huge Mountain Buggy fan... I still love them... BUT, since buying the Baby Jogger City Elite, I LOVE it even more!!! It is simply the best pram on the market :) I have had over 20 prams in my quest to find the perfect one, and this outshines all the others by a mile... The one thing that frustrated me about the MBU was the lack of ventilation in the summer months... The BJCE has awesome ventilation, the best hood on the market, best fold on the market, It is sturdy, handles all terrain beautifully, front wheel suspension is the best thing ever invented!!! It is a dream to push and has every feature you could possibly want :)Pros
Everything!!! Storage, fold, sturdiness, look, sun canopy, parent console, suspension, comfiness for bub, recline, ventilation, love it all!!!Cons
I guess its not as light as some prams you can buy, but at around 12kg it certainly isnt heavy either, esp with the easy fold and pick up...The Best Stroller on the Market

Absolutely the best stroller I have purchased (I have had 8 strollers, in the never ending quest to get it right). In the end, I did, with the Baby Jogger City Elite. Absolutely the easiest pram to put up and down with its 'pull up' closing mechanism. The fact that it can hold up to 35kg is fantastic. I can fit my 5 year old and my 3 year old in it together (for when they are fighting over who gets to go in the pram)! Very sturdy, doesn't 'tip' like other 3 wheelers I have owned. Massive storage space with many pockets in the back, you can do away with your baby bag if you wish. The big hood comes right down, so you have no need for an extra baby shade. Also has great ventilation all around for warm climates. The magnet closures on the hood 'flaps' are magic. But wait, there is more....the parent handle bar compartment. You can fit mobile phone keys, water bottle, plus much more in the easy access console right near the handle. Also baby/toddler/childs comfort is not forgotten. It has a really wide and deep'seating' area, which is fantastic for growing children. Some of the other competing brands have a very narrow seat area, which an older child would find 'squeezy'.Pros
Child comfort, very sturdy, big hood, great ventilation, great storage. The only pram you will need to purchase.Cons
a tiny bit heavier than a standard pram, but this gives it its stability.Everything we were after

We found looking for a pram scary, however when we came across the baby jogger we knew it was right for us. The baby jogger is great for walking on the footpath, over gutters or on rough surfaces. We live in a hot climate and the extra ventilation comes in handy. To begin with i didn't think i would have enough storage however i now don't take my handbag as the amount of pocket and basket there is no need.
Pros
- Great ventilation- Ability to carry two children
- Husband and I can collaspe the pram in one go.
- Compact
- Great sun shade
