Functional pram at a good price

Reviewed by: Ashley from Perth, Western Australia, Jun 27, 2009

General Review

I bought my Adiva in early 2008, and it has been great so far. There were 2 factors which attracted me to the pram - firstly, the ability to reverse the direction of the seat, so bub can face you or away, depending on factors such as age, and outdoor elements like sun, rain, wind etc.
With other prams, you will be forced to use the rain/sun covers in various situations, but with this pram, being able to reverse the seat means you rarely need to do this, and the bub still has a full view.
Secondly, the fact that it is both a newborn bassinette and infant/toddler seat in one peice. This means you do not have to purchase expensive additional parts (ie a bassinette) just for those early months. The pram already has everything you will need for a newborn and toddler at a very reasonable price.

Pros

- Reversable Seat/Bassinette
- Bassinette which coverts to regular stroller position.
- Quality pnuematic wheels for walking.
- Easy to use break & position modification.
- Lockable front swivel wheels.

Cons

- For running, the front wheels could ideally be a bit larger, although they are ample size for walking & regular activities.
- Pram takes up a fair bit of space in the boot, especially as the seat compartment needs to be removed from the base before collapsing. No probs if you have a wagon or large boot.

Fantasic and Easy Pram

Reviewed by: Amber from Perth Australia, Feb 01, 2009

General Review

We've had the adiva pram since bub was born and it's been great to use with the bassinet option that then simply (after a couple of attempts) folds into the chair which has two angles. Bub finds it really comfortable and will sleep easily during a walk. I've tried other prams and they just don't equal the Adiva.

Pros

So easy to Manouver
Comfortable for bub
Adjustable seat angles
Great for walking
insect / Sun shade / rain cover / boot cover

Cons

Takes up a little too much room in the boot.
Can't run with it.

Good pram for a good price

Reviewed by: Tracey from , Jan 25, 2009

General Review

A good price for a good pram. I wanted a pram that the seat could be reveresed and I originally used the Stryder from steelcraft. However i found the tyres too wide, bad angle for a newborn and bad suspention. The adiva sport is half the price with none of these issues.

Pros

Reversable seat,
Good price,
Sun shade and rain cover included

Cons

When going up or down a stair the front wheels can get stuck.
