Good allrounder

General Review

I have found my baby has loved travelling in this pram. It has been great for our long walks, shopping days and picnis as it hold alot in the basket. The 3 postions are great for any age. It is a great allrounder pram we have been very happy with it.

Pros

*Very comfortable for the baby or child.
*Evenly weighted so doesn't tip even with lots of shopping.
*Really great in summer or winter. Easily move the hood depending on the direction of the sun.Can easily add accessories so baby can be wind free.
* easily folds/ unfolds.
* great price

Cons

* Hard to get in and out of car.

Over Rated

General Review

This is my second pram which I purchased after naot being happy with my original 4 wheeler. I went with it on the recommedations of friends who had one and also the choice magazine artical. After 2 month with my first pram the beema was a dream but now after 6 months i am finding myslef searching for something smaller, lighter and easier to fold.
I have the 2008 model which have retified or should i say tried to retify the issue of the childs head hitting the frame when in the seat is in the full upright position, but they have done this poorly.
The sun canopy is noisy and i have to try and i now leave it extended at all times just in case my son falls asleep.

Pros

easy to push and reverse.
lays flat
decent size basket and back pocket
adjustable angled handle

Cons

heavy and bulky to get into the car
hard to clip shut - two hands needed
nosiy canopy
very hot for baby during the summer months
no toddler seat capabilities even for such a big pram
sun canopy not very effective contastantly need a muslin wrap.
very long - i'm always running into things.

Generally happy with this pram

Reviewed by: Anonymous user, Oct 16, 2008

General Review

We got this pram because it was rated highly in Choice magazine and it was easy to use but not too expensive. Overall we have been happy with it.

We got the bassinet attachment and got a lot of use out of it. It allowed us to see our baby while we walked and we could also use it as a mini-portacot when we were visiting friends and family.

Biggest disadvantages are that you cannot get a seat/skateboard attachment and it is prone to tipping on very sloped surfaces.

Pros

* Easy to operate e.g. very simple to change from sitting upright to lying flat position; no buckles to fiddle with.

* Easy to change pram handle height, which is useful when your partner is a greatly different height

* Folds fairly compactly for a 3 wheeler

* Easily fits through checkouts

Cons

* Can only carry one child

* Non-reversible, although the bassinet negates this need in early days

* Narrow wheel base means it could tip over on a slope.

TYRES NO GOOD WEAR VERY QUICKLY

Reviewed by: Kevin from Victoria, Feb 22, 2008

General Review

Be careful, tyres wear very quickly. Our pram has only moderate use and tyres became threadbare after seven months. Manufacturer/repair "doesn't deal with customers problems"

Pros

very disenchanted

Cons

Tyres are cheap and nasty
