good but bulky

General Review

Overall a great twin pram, my daughters are 12 months apart so I needed side by side. I also wanted something that came with all the accessories which this does as I didnt want to have to search around and pay heaps for all the accessories. I also needed a twin that could take a toddler seat. This was great for outdoor use.

Pros

Easy to steer. Toddler seat on top is great, doesnt block the two children in the pram. Holds lots of weight!

Cons

folds flat but MASSIVE.. did not fit in the back of my station wagon and took up the ENTIRE boot of my van. Heavy and awkward to lift. did not fit through many doorways and was very hard to shop with so not great as an 'every day' pram more of just a outdoor pram.

General Review

I was very concerned about spending so much on a stroller but it's the best purchase I've made since having children. My brother is Prince Charming at Disney World so we visit often. I can hardly make it through the parks without everyone stopping and asking me where I got it. The first trip we had borrowed a Schwinn from a friend and I'm so thankful I didn't buy it. It flipped everytime I turned around and it wouldn't fit through most doors as it had claimed. The ABC Buggy is everything it claims. It fits through all doors and I don't think my boys could even come close to hurting it. It's like driving a Hummer compared to a Honda Civi-you get what you pay for. Best purchase I've ever made!!

Pros

Duribility
Can't turn it over
Safety bar
Fully reclining seats
Camo pattern

Cons

No cup holder but Bob's double fits it for $20

General Review

This pram is superb. The shock of having twins when our daughter turned 2 was hard enough! this pram took some of the stress out of the big change. It was nice having the toddler seat up facing me so I could give my older daughter hugs as we went for walks. Now I use it to help separate who ever is causing greif to his/her siblings. I looked for ages and ages before buying this one. And im so glad I did. Ive never felt I made a bad choice and would buy it again. Prior to owning this pram we owned a singleton 3 wheeler jogger and I would say this is just as manourverable which is astonishing given the weight on board!

Ive got mine into woolworths and farmers but not ventured out much more than that into the world of shops with this pram as its size has been a little prohibitive when it comes to loading it into the car. However I dont see how you could get beyond this as you need the frame to be big enough and sturdy enough to hold everybody! We have purchased a twin umbrella stroller to go shopping with.

I have also been running with the three kids on board. Although you get a lot of unusual looks I can vouch that this pram does actually jog well with three kids on board. You do have to take care on going up and down curbs - eg as you would do with any pram. Ive also taken it cross country across farm land and the only thing holding it up there is the shear weight of the kids!.

Pros

Fantastic for newborns - they can lie down and sleep whilst you talk with toddler up top.

great bonding opportunities with toddler seat facing you
sun shade and other weather attachments great
swivel options on wheels make it highly manouverable

adjustable handle bar to suit your height

Cons

I give this pram 5 stars because of the freedom it has given me to get around my neighbourhood. However there are several minor things stopping this pram from being its absolute best. if you would like the honest dirt on the downsides they are:

Swivel lock / unlock mechanism re engages by itself at times and is very hard to undo whilst kids in pram. Very difficult to push when wheels locked so this can be frustrating

no "side clip" to prevent pram unfolding whilst lifting

cost

toddler seat extremely difficult to remove then put back - means its pretty much permanent even when taking only two kids for a walk. Also has meant we have given up putting it in the car as its too much effort to remove

we had to buy a new car to fit this pram!

Toddler seat cover not easily removed for washing

Clips on 5 point harness very fiddly and will give your fingers blood blister bites!

General Review

I have the double everest with a toddler seat, so it takes three children.

I love this pushchair, I've tested a mountain buggy triple and also the easylife (pedigree sport?) and this knocks spots off them. I found the build quality and innovation to be far superior to the mountain buggy which was a surprise and the pedigree sport was like pushing a wheelbarrow full of set cement.
I've had none of the stability problems mentioned in reviews for the single but then most of the weight in mine is in the main buggy rather than the toddler seat.
I love the thoughtful touches, the backpack basket holds loads of stuff and the snug boot and mini rainshield are more convienient to carry around than a big raincover just in case of a shower.

I've also found everyone I have dealt with at Adventure buggy to be very polite and happy to help.

Pros

not massively wide compared to other side by sides on the market.

love the top mounted toddler seat as this is good for one to one attention and also does not restrict the view for kid inthe buggy.

thoughtful touches to the design

solid build quality

looks really striking!

pretty easy to push when you think how much weight it is bearing.

Cons

it is huge folded, not so much depth wise but length, but I think this might contribute to the sturdiness of it when put up.

other than that? nothing!
