Manufacturers description
During the first few months of life Venezia is a comfortable carriage. As the child grows, it transforms into a very comfortable stroller. It has a reversible handle, which can be adjusted in height, that lets the child watch mom or look out at the world. All the wheels can either swivel or be locked with spring suspension and independent brakes. The footboard has two positions and the backrest is fully reclining. The lining can be easily removed and machine-washed at 30 degrees. The hood, which can be opened with a zipper, can turn into a sun canopy and the cover is reversible. It is equipped with an extendable and removable tray. It has a useful and big pop up basket that folds up with the stroller. Venezia is also equipped with the exclusive Ganciomatic system that allows you to easily fasten the Primo Viaggio car seat to the stroller.

Great stroller

General Review

I ended up purchasing this after returning another stroller. The Venezia is great, it has all the features I need and the Peg quality that I value. I love the reversable handle which is why I purchased another stroller. I absolutely love my Pliko but really wanted the reverse option. I am very pleased.

Pros

REversable handle.
Great fabric, cup holder for both baby and mom, fabric boot that stores in the basket, great size basket, easy to fold, looks really good

Cons

None

General Review

We just bought the Venezia and were really happy with it over all.
It is light enough for me to pick up and fold to get into car and my husband does it with greatest of ease. I was disappointed it had such a small basket for taking stuff with, my diaper bag would even fit in it. I do love the fact that you can flip handle so that you can have baby either towards you or away looking out. Would like to have had a few cup holders on it as well, for the price you'd think that would be included! I am really, really happy with the over all look and feel of it. Though, like others have said it would have been nice to have more color selections.

Pros

Overall lightness.
Switch back handle.
Smoothness of ride.

Cons

No cup holders.
Small storage area.
Lack of colors avalible.

Great value for money

Reviewed by: Mary from Perth, Australia, Dec 16, 2007

General Review

Like many parents we spent many hours looking at prams, both in shops and on the net. In the end we decided to get the Venezia and are very glad of our choice.

Firstly, it was value for money. We got a good deal and paid less than $400 (Aussie dollars) for our (new) Venezia. The Venezia had "Made in Italy" stamped on it in several locations, but the shop assistant was honest enough to tell us that whilst it was assembled in Italy the components were actually made in China. It is quite a plastic looking pram, which on looks does not compare to something like say the Emmaljungas (which look incredibly flash but our friends who had used Emmaljungas said they were too heavy for an everyday pram).

The thing we love most about the Venezia is the reversible handle - which means you can have your bub facing you whilst you push him/her. We did not like the idea of the 3 wheelers where the bub is always facing away from you - at least with the Venezia you have a choice. Also, it is useful for times when the sun is just too fierce for the bub, just reverse the handle and presto the bub is in the shade again.

The Venezia is light enough for everyday use - even granny folds the pram without any problems.

Pros

Reversible handle
Not too heavy
Basket a reasonable size

Cons

Folding mechanism can stick sometimes
Wheels too small for serious off road stuff
Does look a bit plasticky and not much colour choice
