The Smart is a sturdy and robust 3-in1 with generous dimensions for the comfort of the child. The omission of certain features and functions present on the Edge/Mondial 3-in-1’s provides the customer with Emmaljunga quality at a very reasonable price.
The Smart 3-in-1 is suitable from birth up to 3+ years and features a carrycot, reversible seat unit, height adjustable handle, a dual purpose hood for the carrycot and seat unit (without the hood skirt featured on the Edge/Mondial hood), mattress, integrated 5-point harness, a dual purpose apron for the seat-unit and carry-cot and a reversible footrest cover. A matching changing bag and footmuff are also included.
The pram can be used as a Travel system if you buy an adaptor and Emmaljunga’s First Class 0+ car seat. |

General Review
very comfy and sturdy carry cot that is larger than many other models. The chassis provides a smooth ride thanks to its suspension system and the basket is a good size for every day shopping. The seat unit lies flat providing a comfy sleep for the older baby/toddler, however, the straps on the seat unit are in a very stupid position meaning that you can't use the over shoulder ones when your baby is lying down or they rub th eside of their face. depending on when you start using the seat unit they may also rub when sitting too. The crotch strap is also far too long to provide any support unless you put a 3 yr old in the seat. I really can't beleive that emmaljunga think that these straps are in a comfortable, safe position. The brake is also very good but stiff so it makes a noise and can ake a sleeping baby. Takes up a lot of room in a boot as carry cot and chassis have to be put in seperately
Pros
suspension, carry cot length, comfort
Cons
straps on seat unit, brake stiffness, folded size
