Great for some things..

I found the mountain buggy breeze to be a good pram. It's more solid than many other options on the market and the ride is also much smoother. It also has an easy to use rain and sun cover which many other prams don't.It's down side is that it's a tad bulky when folded and you need two hands to carry or transfer it.
Another detraction is the fixed front wheel, it's incredibly difficult to maneuver in city crowds (you need to tilt the front of the pram up to change direction even a little) I ended up buying a lightweight pram 6 months after my baby was born for convenience and wouldn't make the same choice again if I could do it over.
Pros
SolidStable
Great recline for newborns
Hood window handy
Shade cover very effective
Easy to pull up and down stairs due to large wheels
Cons
HeavyLarge when folded
Doesn't lock in folded position
Tyres deflate easily.
Requires two hands to collapse and transport.
