General Review

As soon as I found out I was pregnant I knew the pram I was after. The Mountain Buggy! I went to my local Baby shop and immediatly asked for a Mountain Buggy. I was attracted to the Urban Designer. I loved the pattern as it was different to anything I had seen. I loved the way the wheels were so strong for daily trecks and there is a pump included for any flats you may encounter. I do alot of walking and wanted a pram that would go over any rough patch or area with ease. Like a mountain bike you can go over any bump or curb without having to slow down. It's fantastic for jogging and even on sand is great. A couple of my friends have other brands but the mountain buggy is so much better. You can recline the seat really quickly and the large basket is easy to get into. There are many little zipper posckets for extra wipes, dirnk bottles etc. The pram is very simple to fold as well, and the wheels come off easily so you can compact it more for the boot. The handle bar can change height easily which is also very handy for storage or if you were short and your partner was tall there is no stooping to push. I don't think you need to buy the bassinett but each to their own. The positive with the basinett is you can see your baby at all times where as once they are not in the basinett they are facing away. Our son was only in the basinett for 8 weeks as he was very tall. The basinett is easy to put in and take off.
The only bad thing is the weight. I could not life it for 8 weeks as I had a C Section. Even now I have to really bend my knee and take in a big breath. It weighs about 11.5kg.

Pros

Everything, it's the most fantastic pram ever and I would always buy a Mountain Buggy. If you do alot of walking or going places with your baby it's the pram to have. Very comfy and cosy to sleep in. Excellent suspension!
It does the job and looks fantastic. If you don't just want a plain mountain buggy the urban designer is the one. I have the beroque design and it's very eye catching.

Cons

Too heavy and quite wide so doesn't fit into all shops and the wheels can crash into things easy if you're not watching.
