after trying several prams, i bought a 2nd hand 2003model for $60 and thought it was great (steered like new) so i was happy to purchase the elite in 2008 (but it is 2007) , and love it, eben my friends have commented on how great it is to push/fold/lift.Pros
easy to steergreat for bumpier roads/country
Cons
little wide for some checkoutsdissapointed about canvas durability (my hubby put the grab bar on once over the fabric by mistake and it put a hole in the canvas thought it would be more durable (next time would get the urban designer type fabric instead of the elite)

ok, so this is my first pram and therefore i haven't got much to compare it to. however, having watched my friends struggle with their prams over the years, i did a lot of research before deciding on this pram and i am really happy with my decision. it is so easy to steer and push, it is easy to control with one hand. i find it handles gutters and uneven ground really well- you can lock the front wheel into place on rough ground but i have not needed to do that even though the walk to town has many no-footpath areas that can be quite rough and bumpy. i wish i could collapse it with one hand- i can't collapse it and hold my baby at the same time - but, having said that, with 2 hands it is really quick and easy to collapse and i love that it stands by itself to store and takes up very little space. it wouldn't fit fully into the boot of a taxi that had been converted to lpg- we still got it home but couldn't shut the boot fully - but it fits into our peugot 504. i love the foot-operated brake - so easy and holds well- and the basket is a great size. i got the sheepskin liner to go with it and it looks fantestic and my baby looks really snug.all in all i'm extremely happy!Pros
light and easy to steer.easy to fold away and open up.
easy to use brakes.
handles rough terrain.
good size basket.
great looking.
bonus nappy bag.
handy drink bottle holder.
Cons
you need to buy the bassinet if you want to face your baby and it's not cheap.accessories such as sunshade, storm cover and bumper bar come separately and are expensive.
I love my mountain buggy

I bought my mountain buggy recently.. so far my 2year old has been using it.. for a couple of months.... but we will be having a new baby in the new year to give it a go too.. so far it is all love.. it wheels so easily. It seems weightless to be pushing my heavy toddler around..Pros
easy to steer, light, takes up to 35 kg, great for walking, comes with water bottle holder.. handy.. as well as zippered pockets to hold keys etc.Cons
that shade cover/rain coverbar for child to hold... not included.. but can be purchased for extra...
no toddler seat option
