bad product support

Very good well built stroller. Have had it for 18 months however beware when buying this stroller. Replacement parts are almost impossible to get and buying another 400 dollar stroller is not a good option. My front wheel broke and I have been unable to reach anyone at the numbers provided on the website. There also does not seem to be any online alternative to order new parts.Pros
Great productCons
Horrible support, difficult to obtain replacement partsGreat for people with handicap

I totally love my P&T e3 Sport camo blue! I have got a handicap to both my arms and elbows ánd I have rheumatoid arthritis so it is vital to me to find a stroller that is light but still can carry loads as I don't have a car and Ive found just thát stroller!I had bought a Kiwi Explorer of eBaby and I díd enjoy that one too but as my son got older and heavier so did the stroller but the Sport keeps steering light.
Pros
I lóve the camo blue colour, lóve the white wheels and all the handy little bags you can get to put things in while you're out and aboutCons
no rear-view...baby can only look away, sometimes l have to put the stroller on an escalator and it gets unsturdy when leaning only on the front wheel (maybe a double front-wheel could solve that?), why it took until my son was nearly too old to be in the stroller to put this one out in The Netherlands.I LOVE THIS STROLLER

i have worked as a nanny so used most of the strollers on the market - choosing a P&T was so easy and i love it so much.i got the apple colour and its a real head turner.
easy to fold and put in the car, the cocoon was a great investment for my newborn as we didn't use a capsule car seat so it was easy to put baby from the seat to the cocoon into the stroller or into peoples homes.
i cant say a bad thing about this stroller and a lot of friends now have brought one since they are expecting baby#2 and their other (mb) stroller cant handle it
Pros
easy, fun, bright, wicked.easy to clean, store, push.
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT
Cons
i really want a pink double kit :( to go with the lime.Frustrating

I have a 6mth old boy and have had the Sport model since he was born. We purchased it as we expect to have more children and wanted to find a pram we could put two kids in. I havent used it in this mode yet, and I'm sure it will be handy when we have the second child.Unfortuantely though there are some major drawback which would mean I wouldnt recommend the pram to others. Firstly, the folding and unfolding of the pram is so incredibly difficult! I have been trying to get it right for 6 months and still havent worked out how to do it without looking like a complete idiot. My husband has the same problem, so it is not a matter of being stronger or taller, it is just badly designed in this way.
Another major frustration is the seat positions. There are four options (upright, semi-upright, semi-laid back, flat). It was great to have the baby laying completely flat, but now that he is getting older I want to be able to go from laying back to sitting upright without getting him out of the pram, and this is not possible! You can do the upright to semi-upright whilst he is in there (though it is a struggle to go the other way as it involes zips) but you cannot do eithe of the laying flat positions to the upright position unless the pram is empty.
Lastly, whilst the price is cheaper than the bugaboo or the mountain buggy, once you purchase all the accessories you need it adds up quite a bit. I reckon I have spent at least another $500.
Overall I would go for another pram if I had the opportunity again and will probably end up buying something a little less cumbersome.
Pros
Newborn lays completely flatHandles quite well (though I have heard the Mountain Buggy is better in this regard).
Cons
*Expensive accessories not included*Poorly designed folding and unfolding make it very akward
*Very difficult to change from recline to upright positions
VERY OVERATED

heavy, poor sun hood, accessories are expensive, very hard to get seat back up once you have reclined it, have to take the child out put seat up and then put child back in. I love this pram. Apparantly this model has 44 improvements to the previous one. We have just purchased the pram with double kit 2 months ago after we had our second child. I wish we had seen it with our first as it is so versatile, we were amazed by it and it sells itself when you get a demo. We are currently using the double kit on top of the pram (if you are familiar with the pram you will know what that means) and find it great as our 2 year old can sleep in it. I hear it is the only type of toddler attachment that one can sleep in. It clips onto the middle section of the pram not the front like others and feels alot more stable. Our 2 year old is a heavy boy, and though you notice the weight with a toddler it is still quite sturdy and easy to manouvre. Its a funky looking pram and gets lots of funny reactions when people realise there is an infant underneath. It fits through checkouts easily, its very light and very compact when folded and also has quick release wheels so would fit in just about any car. I could go on for ever, so i would suggest to check out their website or get an instore demo, would recommend and its pros make up for its few cons, but in brief.........Pros
*very light*easy to manouvre
*fits through checkouts and doors
*toddler can sleep in it(seat reclines also)
*quick release wheels
Cons
*no latch to lock into place when folded*when outdoors the infant is exposed to sun/rain if you dont by the correct covers
*many accessories but all come separately and can be very costly.
