| The 4Rider has a playful and sporty character that provides you with a large number of benefits.
The large swivelling wheels at the front make this buggy exceptionally manoeuvrable in the city as well as extremely stable in the woods or on the beach. You can fold up the 4Rider using the same pinciple. Just move the push handle downwards and safety handle upwards. This frame is available in a tough single spoke variant with pneumatic tyres. The 4Rider is also avilable in a lighteight version that is exceptionally easy to use. Four different models are available: standard Single Spoke frame with foam handle, Single Spoke Next frame with black leather handle, standard Lightweight frame with foam handle and a grey Lightweight frame with foam handle. |

So happy I chose it

I couldn't decide between this or the Bugaboo. The fact that you can fold this with the seat on and with the bassinet on was what sold me. Now that I actually have a child I see how valuable that fact is. You only have two hands and I can easily carry bith child and stroller.Pros
Large tires make off roading easyFolds in one piece
Cons
No complaints!Very Impressed

We have now owned our Mutsy for about 4 months and we are very pleased. It does seem larger than other comparable premium strollers, but only because the frame is thicker than most. The wheel base is comparable to jogging strollers and the Bugaboo. I have also discovered that when the wheels are on, the Mutsy can stand upright independently. This is not an advertised feature, but it works great for our city dwelling entranceway. The Graco carseat and adaptor is easy to use. We have also used the bassinett countless times. What other strollers have a removable bassinett that can be brought inside the house so a baby can continue sleeping? I can't think of many.Overall this is superbly designed. The lower basket is one of the most functional and easily accessible that I have seen. The footbrake and the collapse mechanism are also very simple to operate. It is easy to get in and out of the car, with or without the wheels. The ride overall is extremely smooth even on gravel, sand, etc.
For the reviewer that experienced a problem with the wheel wobbling -we had the same problem and emailed Mutsy for advice on proper tire inflation to avoid the problem. Instead of giving me a reply, they mailed out a whole new frame free of charge! We are very impressed with their level of customer service.
For the previous reviewer who had trouble getting the seat and bassinett to "click" we also experienced the same when we first purchased it. When we went back to the store, the very knowledgable sales person said that you really have to use a good deal of force the first time you put them seat on the frame. After that initial time, it has been a breeze. Basically this stroller frame is a brick poophouse and can withstand much abuse. Our son is almost ready for the toddler seat and I am looking forward to using this stroller for him for a very long time.
I constantly get compliments and stares from people on the street and have been asked by many Bugaboo owners about my stroller. I must say it is nice to have a stroller that is unique.
Pros
Very well designed mechanicsAttractive and "exotic" looking
Unique and sporty
Can grow with them well into their toddler years, making it worth the investment.
Cons
Not good if you are looking for a lightweight stroller. It is light enough, but no where near a slight as some of the MacLarens umbrella strollers.WOW

This is a gorgeous stroller. We received it as a gift from generous grandparents so we never saw it until it was in our living room when we came home from the hospital. Once assembled it is actually really easy to switch components off and on the frame. We have the bassinet which we are using as a cradle in the living room so it is getting double the use. The graco car seat adapter clicks in easily too. I am in love with this stroller. However, it is big. Very big. So if compact is what you are thinking this is not your stroller. I have already gone out and ordered a Silver Cross Pop for convenience. Also, we have friends visiting next month with a three year old and the fun seat is bound to be a hit with her. It is super cool and definitely adds to the functionality factor of this stroller.
Overall, if money is not an issue and you are looking for a stroller that is going to see you through two kids and every terrain possible, this is a very high quality stroller. You will need a lightweight stroller though to tight places and travel.
Pros
Fully functional. Tonnes of great options.STUNNING - a total head turner.
High quality stroller - will last for years.
Cons
Very Big.Doesn't clapse down very flat. It is easiest to just take off the seat and collapse to take in and out of car.
Too many cons, not enough pros

My husband and I liked this stroller a lot because it can be used from birth and it looks sturdy. However, we quickly realized that the cons outweighed the pros...Firstly, it comes in 3 huge boxes (good luck bringing everything home in your compact car).
Second, when we brought it home, and wheeled it on the carpet, we noticed that the wheels were wobbly and the stroller was bouncing all over the place. After some investigation, we concluded that the single spoke design must throw off the weight of the tires. Not a good design.
Third, the bassinet and seat do not produce a satisfactory *click* sound when placed on the base. I am normally not this nitpicky, but the instruction manually DOES say that you will hear a *click* sound. We brought the base back to the store, thinking that it was defective. The salesperson showed us that the floor model did the same thing.
We just returned the entire thing and bought a Bugaboo Frog and we are MUCH happier!
Pros
Can be used from birthCan use it to powerwalk
Can use it on or off road
Cons
HEAVY! 23lbs!Huge - won't fit in compact car
Incredibly wide base
Single spoke design has not been perfected
Bassinet and seat do not fit perfectly on chassis
Third time lucky!

Well after a good looking over and test drive I must say I am highly impressed. This is my third MUTSY pram, I have also tried the urban and the 3 rider. I have always been impressed with the quality of the mutsy and I did love my urban but found it a little bulky.
The 3 rider was not very impressive at all, a top quality pram and all the functions are great as with all the mutsys but the steering was horrible.
The 4 rider is definately the best yet, the steering is similar to a bugaboo, but the front wheels are slightly larger. The system to lock or swivel the front wheels is so easy, that is a great improvement on many prams on the market.
The seat like all mutsys has the ability to change the depth, which I know is a common complaint about prams, either too shallow or too deep a seat.
The brake as with all mutsys is a breaze and can be put on using one foot, very simple.
I like the easy access to the parcel try on the 4 rider, though the parcel tray is large, it isnt very deep, the pram does have zip compartments for wallets etc though.
The fabrics are the same as the other mutsy prams, which I love, as they always look new, even after a lot of use and can wipe clean easily.
When I remove the sun hood, I can use the pram for my 7 year old with ease, so it is a very room pram for the child. My 4 year old can sit in it with the sun canopy attached, no problems.
The seat as with all mutsys is reversable and handle bar has a lot of heigh adjustment.
The 4 rider frame I purchased is light weight, so the pram is much easier to transport than my urban was. I got the standard wheels as I had heard there being some problems with the single spoke wheels.
All in all, I am thrilled with my purchase.
