General Review
I have had my stroller since 2006, after waiting for it to arrive in the store (I first saw it on Graco's site before it was issued) and used after the birth of my daughter in 2006. Overall, its not bad for a stroller from this time period, so if you get it secondhand, it won't be a bad deal if you don't pay too much for it. I had the same two major issues with mine, the rear wheels weared down very quickly, within a year or so (the more weight you have in the stroller the faster they wear)and if you use it in bad weather, the bottom does get dirty as previously mentioned. Though Graco sent replacement parts while under guarantee without any issues, four years later, now that I'm going to use it for my last newborn, I had to order spare wheels (not too expensive $25 -USD). It is rather lightweight for its stroller size (I tested it against numerous others) and has a number of good functions: the car seat pops in and it folds and unfolds rather easily.
Pros
Lighter weight for a mid-sized, travel system-type stroller. Cleans well.
Can still get replacement parts from Graco for a reasonable price.
Cons
Rear wheels wearout quickly and aren't made of tire/rubber. Steers okay, not the worst or the best.

General Review
When we first got this stroller I loved it. It fits the snug ride and it also reclines. Now that we've had it for two years, I can tell you I'm not very happy with it. We had the back wheels replaced within a year while still under warranty because they were very worn down. And now I just replaced them again about 3 months ago when the stroller hit it's 2 year "anniversary". The wheels were so badly worn down it was hard to push a 27 lb 2 year old in it. It also creaks horribly and is sometimes hard to steer especially on slick surfaces. The other issue I have is the front wheels hit the front of the canopy leaving it filthy. It hoses down easily and dries quickly but who has time to do that constantly?
Pros
Fits Snug Ride car seat. Fairly compact fold (a little bulkier than a typical umbrella stroller). Easy to fold and easy to lock bakes. Back reclines a fairly decent amount.
Cons
Bad back wheel placement causes them to wear down rather quickly. Noisy/creaky. Sort of heavy for it's size. Locking lever doesn't always stay in place when stroller is folded.
