Review of Valco doubletake tandem 2005

Reviewed by: Kimberley from Canberra ACT, May 05, 2006

General Review

This is the best pram I have ever owned. It is so easy to steer and lift and it fits through the normal shopping centre aisles, a big positive for us. Even with my 3 year old sitting in the front and my 2 year old sitting in the back, I find it easy to push and steer. The colours are great and it comes with a hood for the front seat. I would recommend this to anyone who has children close together in age.

Pros

Very light
Folds up slightly larger then a normal pram
Rear seat is higher so the child can see more.
Basket has a clip to get into it easily when the back seat is fully reclined.
Basket is large.
Front seat reclines, but not all the way.
Very easy to fold up.
Front seat has a hood and a tray.
Fits through normal shopping aisles.
Great colours.

Cons

Isn't easy to push on grass, it bounces alot
Doesnt come with rain cover or sunshade, but the shop owner said it was a pram more for inside use. You can buy the accessories for it as an extra.
Child in back can kick child in front.
