Great easy to push and steer strudy pram

This pram/pushchair combi is fantastic and very luxourious and spacious for your baby/child. The Carrycot can be used as a bed for your baby until they sit up if you buy a thicker mattress or is fine for the odd overnight stay using the mattress it comes with. Having tried buggies with swivel wheels and then having this with it's fixed air filled wheels is no comparision - it is much easy to steer than swivel wheel - you don't have it going off in the wrong direction on slippery shop surfaces. I have pushed my pram through small paths in woodlands without any difficulty and it goes up and down kirbs with ease. I always get comments about how nice it is to see a baby/toddler in a "proper" pram.Best price can be found at glasgowpramcentre.co.uk
Pros
Comfortable ride for child.Warm aprons that provide wind breakage.
Easy to push and steer.
High up view point for child
Can have both the seat unit and carrycot either facing you or away from you.
Value for money
Cons
You need a car with a big enough boot to accomodate it.When the carrycot is attached you need to remove it to lift it in the car.
The detachable hood often falls off when you are trying to lift it in the car which is a little annoying.
GREAT - Quality and comfort

I bought this for my first child. I expected him to be a bit over the average redarding size and weight - and he was (and is). The pram is longer than most and is very sturdy (is that how it's spelled?). My son loves it and now we've been using the stroller part for over 2 years and he can still sleep in it on the odd occasion. Now I'm expecting our 2nd child and I can't wait to take the pram out from storage and put it back in use for the newborn!!It is heavy and big. But well worth it. Easy to fold non-the-less and you can rest assured that your baby will be comfy in this pram/stroller...
Pros
Longer than other prams - therefor I could use it for a longer period of time. Sturdy, comfy...Cons
hmmm... the size (which is a pro non the less...)You will never regret this choice!!

The quality of this pram far exceeds every other pram I have seen and is so good over bumps which are inevitable, great spacious tray underneath and will take a toddler seat. The suspension is amazing. This is why it is better than the bugaboo, but the bugaboo is lighter and more compact and has better steering. Try buying from the smaller shops as they are cheaper than places like Baby Bunting, I got mine for $645 without the bassinet on Glenhuntly road, (Glenhuntly Baby Carriages) and Baby Cuddles offered to give me the best deal aswell, but I didn't go back there. This pram is built to last and gives baby the most smooth ride you can get. Feels great to use, I thorougly recommend!!
Pros
The qualitygood over bumps
spacious tray
will take a toddler seat
good suspension
strong chasis
Cons
wheels don't spin right around for turning so you have to slightly tilt to turn it, but it's not really that badA plush chariot for you little Prince or Princess!

I have the 2005 Duo Combi in black. I bought it new for baby no.3 (very spoiled!) after frustrations with cheap prams for my older children. It is an expensive pram, but absolutely built to last. 'm sure some lucky Mum will still be pushing my pram around in 20 yrs time! The bassinette is extremely plush, padded, comfy & roomy. It has to be removed to go in the car which can be a pain, but Bub looks so cosy it's worth it. Yhe bassinette is a lot lighter than it looks, and is a great alternative to a portacot when visiting friends, up to about 6 mths of age. My son, now 15 mths, is in the seat unit now, and that too is comfy & roomy. The side head guard is safe and protective for when he falls asleep, and the seat is easy to lay back without waking him. The insect net is sewn into the hood which is handy, and also doubles as a sunshade. This weight in the top of the hood however, does sag a bit inside the hood, taking up a bit of headroom, but not much. The raincover is attatched to the shopping tray in a groovy little saddlebag, so is always there when you need it. It is extremely plush- it covers every inch of fabric, with a peek-hole for baby! The fabric is so water-repelant & fade resistant, which is an improvement on older styles. The only 2 bad things about this pram are- 1. It is heavy to lift in & out of the car, and 2. Sometimes I wish the wheels could steer, although the push & turn does give you very direct steering! Is narrow enough to fit through all checkouts. The pram will take a toddler seat & still give heaps of room in the main seat, enabling you to use toddler seat for longer. Again, the weight would be the only bad thing, as you don't want to take toddler seat on & off all the time. When I wheel my Emmaljunga around I feel like a Queen with my little prince, and many peaople refer to his pram as his "chariot" as it is so plush & indulgent!Pros
* Beautiful, classic looking pram* Easily fits child newborn-4 yrs
* Plush & comfy for baby
* Good option for 2 children
Cons
* Doesn't steer (can get tiring on long shopping trips)* Heavy (16 kgs)
