WORST PRAM EVER
Reviewed by: emily from Austrlaila Qld, Nov 23, 2011General Review
i had bought this pram as i have a tall 3 year old and we walk every were as my partner has the car for work. It has been sent back 3 times. First was less then 24hours after i bought it, as it was missing a strap. 3 weeks with out my pram as they didnt have any more stock. 3 months after that my brakes broke. another 3 weeks with out my pram. then my wheel bulged of the rim?? got told that the tubes are not covered by warranty and cos it had bucked the rim i had to buy a whole new wheel, $60 later. BUT the new wheels are different to the older ones so i rang up as my pram was unstable, phil n ted agreed to give me 4 new wheels. another 3 weeks with no pram. On waiting for them to rock up, ALL 4 tires bulged while being stationary for 2 weeks including the new one i had purchased, rang up to get a refund for my pram but they refused and said that they will throw in a free bike pump and will replace the wheels every time they bulge and i have only 3 months left on my warranty and after that its my problem.Pros
