BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Reviewed by: Westmount Mom from Calgary AB, Sep 26, 2011

General Review

This is the best stroller I have ever had and believe me I have owned 13 different High end strollers over the 8 years since my first was born. (Chariot, Maclaren X 3, Peg Perego X 3, Chico, Bumbleride, Zooper, City Elite, etc.) It is super light, unlike the knock offs such as Maxi Cosi which by the way is a division of Dorel and is really no different than buying a Cosco or Safety 1st stroller. Hence the almost 50 lb it weighs compared with the 19 lb Bug. It is so easy to drive and reverse the handel, it turns on a dime and the bassinet is so comfy my baby sleeps like a dream in it. But it is the customer service that really "KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF!!!" I had a tiny problem with my seat and when I spoke to the Jennifer from Bugaboo she sent me a whole new seat with out question. They were unbelievable!! I have never seen service like that nor a better stroller. I have the wheel board so my older one can ride and the umbrella so he has shade. The under seat basket (and bag clips) can store a weeks worth of groceries for my whole family on the walk home from my house. When we go on vacation it is all we need. We bring the bassinet with us for sleeping, The wheel board for a second rider, the seat for during the day and since it breaks apart into more than 1 piece it is easy to store and you can stick pieces in any available space in your car, truck or hotel room! We also have the foot muff for winter and it is so amazing you don't even need a snowsuit in -20. Just a jacket and the foot muff is perfect. I know the price tag looks heafty but you never have to buy a second stroller, it goes everywhere, there are a million options and configurations and their customer care is bar none. BEST STROLLER EVER says this experienced mom!

Pros

Comes apart into more than one piece.
Tons of options
Rolls like a Bently and turns on a dime. Amazing Customer
Adjustable handle
Amazing sun and rain coverage
Wheel board is perfect for older child

Cons

None... Some people might say price but I say you get what you pay for. I have paid between 400 and 800 for other strollers that are no where near as good so might as well pay a bit extra.
