There have been many threads recently discussing ebay sellers in a negative manner. Whilst it is useful for members to be advised when there is a fraudulent ebay member targeting buyers and sellers of prams, there is no need for the forums to become clogged with this kind of thread.
I am also concerned that some of the sellers being discussed have done nothing wrong, but are having their listings picked apart by suspicious members.
From now on there is to be no public discussion of ebay sellers or ebay listings which is in any way negative, regardless of the reason (speaking negatively of others is already against the guidelines however I have so far allowed discussions which point out potential fraud).
I will create a sticky topic which will identify ebay sellers who are known to be fraudulent. If you yourself have lost money on ebay from a fraudulent seller and would like the sellers name to be added to the list then please contact a moderator and give them the relevant information. Please note that you will need to have opened a dispute with ebay against the seller before contacting us. It is also up to the discretion of the moderators as to whether the person's name gets added to the list.
Please do not contact the moderators about members you are suspicious about. Moderators do not have time to investigate these types of claims and it is imperative that information is factual before being posted here.
Any post which is against these guidelines will be removed.
If you have any questions about this policy please don't hesitate to pm me.
